Our speciality is the bread. Fresh bread, produced and taken out of the oven every day from our bakery department. Our master bakers work with care and passion, checking every stage of production, from the dough to the leavening until the baking. Fresh and fragrant bread ready to be stuffed with taste and imagination. Valle Fiorita carries out an intense R&D activity in partnership with many University institutes. The sourdough, for example, is one of the results of this consolidated partnership. It is obtained by three different lineages of yeast and with the use of biotechnology, it is the secret to get high nutritional values and extended freshness of our products. Moreover, our products are free from preservatives, with microfiltered sea water and baked on stone.
