Bakery product baked in the stone oven at high temperature. The Focaccia is handmade by presenting the characteristic finger marks on the surface. Before baking it is covered with extra virgin olive oil. The dough is prepared with sourdough and micro-filtered seawater to make the product light, crisp and highly digestible. It is free from preservatives.
