The new pasta from F.lli Cellino, with its brilliant color and intense flavor, is produced according to the Alma Method® derived from the Latin word "Anima", which through double diamond-coated stone-milling, reaches the soul of the wheat grain, its purest part. F.lli Cellino pasta is made with the world's finest certified grains, with the addition of the incomparable Sardinian durum wheat. In 2018, they established the first 100% certified Sardinian supply chain (UNI ISO 22005): the Ercole Punto Zero Supply Chain. The new pasta is available in 4 lines: Classic teflon, Bronze, Mini, and Whole Wheat Bronze.
