Utilplastic was founded in 1969 as a manufacturer of plastic household articles, and it continues to do so after more than 50 years. 70% of our production is exported to Europe and overseas, reaching areas such as the Middle East, Central and Southern Africa and America. Utilplastic relies on the most advanced production equipment: a computerized process control system that is used to monitor every step of the production, from the raw materials’s blending implant and the production plan, to the measurement of the power consumption. On top of the establishment we installed a photovoltaic plant that contributes to the production of electricity and, at the same time, allows us to minimize CO₂ and oil emissions. The factory extends over an area of 10,000 sqm (4,000 of which are covered) which contains 10 injection moulding machines from 100 to 650 Ton equipped with robot manipulators and automated conveyor belts. Currently our company has 3 different lines 100 % Made in Italy:  

1.Utilplastic: Household items made from first class raw materials

Is the main line, comprehensive of a wide range of articles of domestic use both in polypropylene and polyethylene. It is further divided into five groups:

• Cleaning
• Kitchen
• Recycling
• Bathroom & Laundry
• Garden

 

2. Utilgreen: Green Household made with post-consumer raw materials

This line of products is our concrete effort to use the knowledge acquired in so many years to create items from recycled plastic materials coming from waste collection.

“Less is More” is the philosophy behind our project: less “waste” but more “life” to give back to the environment.

The Benefits this products are:

• reducing the use of material deriving from oil processing
• reducing the amount of plastic going to garbage dumps or to incinerators
• products are 100% recyclable at the end of their life

  In 2022, based on the experience gained from Utilgreen, we start with the production of articles made from fully biodegradable plastics. This project has enabled us to develop specific materials that can be used on our products, and first among them are items for animal care and gardening. Thanks to our close collaboration with research laboratories in the university world, and our long experience in the field, we are now able to design new, fully bio products or plan productions of existing items in bio mode, to be carried on with more environmentally aware customers, while also continuing our research on biodegradable plastics.    

3. Securbox: Security Box for transportation of valuable items

Is a practical and secure container which can be used to transport, post, move or archive valuable or confdential material. The security closure of the lid, which come with an additional seal, allows high security storage in any occasion:

• Suitable for moving around jewellery, valuables, confdential documents or anything requiring high security storage.
• Keeping hazarduos objects out of children's reach (medicines, cartridges, bulbs, batteries, gardening products, sharp tools, keys…)
• Storing books, toys, photographs, collections and anything which needs to be kept tidy.
• Easy for stocking thanks to the four indentations at the top of the lids for a secure, firm piling of the containers on top of each other

  Our warehouses’ capacity allow us to hold substantial stocks for standard production as well as personalized production for single customers:

• Custom colors and labels
• Custom packaging
