F.lli Caprino is located in Italy exactly Sicily, in the middle of the hazelnut region. We are a transformation industry of organic and conventional hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews and walnuts. In our own factories, we process every single product step by step. We can guarantee the best quality and fresh product using the JUST-IN-TIME process from the raw materials to semi-finished products (natural shelled, roasted, roasted & chopped, flour and pastes) to finished products (retail). Thanks to a close relationship with producers, continues updating of advanced technologies and strict production process we ensure high quality, transparency and  full traceability. All our process are certified by the highest quality standard: BRC, IFS, KOSHER; and others: ORGANIC, BIOSUISSE, JAS.
