A story usually begins with “once upon a time…” Here is ours. We are a family company, founded in 1998. We are specialized in the production of "Pesto Genovese" and other Italian typical sauces. Our production plant is located in Genova Pra, the “cradle” of Pesto and Genovese Basil PDO. We bring the same pride and passion into all products today, as we have for the past 25 years. Thanks to territoriality, qualified staff, careful selection of ingredients and attention throughout the process, we can guarantee high quality products. All our products are Gluten Free and some are  vegetarian/vegan. Our company is very attentive to technological innovations and food safety standards. We have adopted the HACCP self-control system to guarantee the quality and safety of our production. We are IFS, BRC, ORGANIC and ISO 22005:2007 certified and this reflects our commitment to food hygiene, traceability and quality. Our factory is also registered at FDA Food Facility.
