Ricotta and spinach cannelloni

The recipe is crafted using fresh ingredients that are processed in-house by us (peeling, cutting, cooking, and slow simmering). It is a gourmet and indulgent recipe designed to enhance the natural flavor of the ingredients.
Our sauces are slow-cooked. We select only premium-quality ingredients.
By definition, our recipes are free from additives, flavor enhancers, and texture modifiers.
The recipe base is kept simple, with few ingredients—just like homemade. This gives it an authentic homemade taste, far removed from any industrial impression.
The flavors come directly from the ingredients themselves.
We believe we have achieved an excellent result overall, both in appearance and in taste.

Our product is already cooked—it only needs reheating. It doesn’t require 20 minutes in the oven, just 10 minutes, and the tasting experience remains identical.

More detail in comparison to your current shelf recipe (based on label analysis):

  • We do not use rapeseed oil (present in your recipe), but instead use olive oil and sunflower oil.

  • We do not use any kind of thickening agent, such as meat gelatin or other thickeners (found in your recipe), because our tomatoes (Italian pulp and purée) do not require thickening.

  • We use egg pasta made with yolks, which does not require additional coloring like turmeric. The pasta in your current recipe is not egg-based but artificially colored.

  • The tomato we use is of very high quality, guaranteed Italian origin (Parma region), in pulp and purée form—not concentrated and diluted with water. Your recipe contains at least 10% added water based on total product weight.

  • We use French Emmental cheese.
