Pasta d’Alba presents a complete range of legume-based pasta, crafted from red lentils, green peas, and chickpeas.
These three legumes are 100% Italian-grown, and we precisely trace their origin—typically from central or southern Italy—to ensure the highest quality and transparency.
Our legume flours are transformed into a variety of pasta shapes including tagliatelle, fusilli, maccheroni, penne and gnocchetti. The pasta is bronze-die extruded and made using only water—no additives—resulting in a naturally delicious flavor and authentic texture.
