While plain pasta is the most traditional, much of our range features added ingredients blended with semolina to create unique and flavorful options:

Vegetables: Since pasta is a daily staple in the Italian diet, we believe in enhancing it with added nutritional value. This range includes spinach, red beet, carrot, nettle, basil and sage —ingredients rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Naturally flavorful.

Spices: We incorporate ingredients like turmeric—known for its powerful antioxidant properties—and a high-quality Tuscan black pepper, prized for its bold, spicy flavor and health benefits.

Chestnut and Porcini Mushrooms: These ingredients are native to our region and add a deep, earthy flavor to the pasta. Chestnut pasta pairs beautifully with meat sauces or pumpkin in the colder months, while porcini mushrooms—an icon of Italian cuisine—deliver an unmistakably rich taste.
