EGG PASTA

Egg pasta is a traditional specialty of our region. The name “tajarin” refers to thin, hand-cut tagliolini, just like our grandmothers used to make. Today, we offer a variety of egg pasta shapes, including tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, lasagne and fusilloni.
Our long pasta is still hand-nested, maintaining the look and feel of homemade pasta, while fusilloni are bronze-die extruded for a rustic texture.
