DURUM WHEAT PASTA

Wheat semolina pasta is a true staple of traditional Italian cuisine. We use only Italian organic durum wheat, combined simply with water. This line includes long pasta like tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, and spaghetti, as well as bronze-die extruded short shapes such as penne, fusilli, gigli, maccheroni, caserecce, fusilloni, paccheri, and rigatoni. Our slow drying process—lasting over 20 hours at low temperatures—helps preserve the natural flavor of the wheat and ensures excellent cooking performance and long shelf life.
