Our product allows for a great reduction in preparation time, as you just need to whip it, then it is ready to be used in your preparations, especially in the preparation of a tasteful Italian Tiramisù. Our CREMA MASCARPONE is a high-quality dessert, prepared using fresh Piedmontese milk, mascarpone cheese, our PANNA DI PA', and pasteurized egg yolk. It can be stored at room temperature (not exceeding 25°C) and it has a shelf life of 12 months.
