Since 1960 our job has been conservation. We did it with passion and dedication, with mushrooms in the different varieties, with cod in traditional regional recipes; we are doing it with condiments such as creams, pestos, bruschetta, sauces in which we find the flavors and tastes of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, we will do it in the future with new recipes, paying careful attention to new food trends while maintaining our solid and concrete philosophy as a basis : genuine products linked to traditions, ready for use. This is why our mission is aimed at the technological implementation of production which, combined with research, quality and creativity, gives continuity to our art of conservation.
