In the 90s, following the entrepreneurial intuition of the two brothers  Domenico  and  Francesco Campitiello  , the idea was born to tackle the cured meats market with an approach oriented towards continuous technological innovation. An idea that soon proved to be a winning one, allowing the company to develop exponentially in just a few years. The huge investments aimed at purchasing new machinery and the far-sighted strategic development plans have allowed Jomi to acquire prominent positions in the cured meats-sliced ​​meats market. Jomi, always oriented towards innovation , creates excellent products, with an approach that is attentive to both qualitative and ethical aspects. In relationships with collaborators, suppliers and intermediate and final customers, multi-year relationships of mutual trust are consolidated, aimed at listening to and satisfying the most diverse needs and expectations. Attention to detail and individual choices make the difference in the final product and for this reason there is careful control over the entire  supply chain , from  the raw material  to the  tray.
