Monti Trentini is a family owned company based in Trentino, in North Italy. The cheesemaking tradition of the company dates back to 1925 and has been carried on from generation to generation. Nowadays, the company is able to produce a wide range of cheeses: Grana Padano PDO, Asiago PDO, Provolone Valpadana PDO, caciottas and regional specialties. The company is divided into 5 departments: 3 are dedicated to the production, one to the aging rooms and the other to cutting and wrapping. Through different types of packaging and cuts Monti Trentini is able to provide its clients with a customized product.
