Gelateria Callipo was founded in 2008  with the aim of providing the taste and freshness of traditional Italian Gelato on a large scale. To achieve this indulgent experience, the company uses high quality fresh milk as well as the best ingredients sourced in their lands of origin in very high percentages. Callipo Gelateria started production with the Tartufo di Pizzo, single portion gelato dessert characterised by 2 layers of gelato and a liquid heart in the middle which remains liquid even at -18°.
